Ralph Lauren Corporation, a global leader in premium lifestyle products, is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to partner with direct-to-consumer teams and external partners.

You will deliver customer insights and analytics projects, focusing on Clientelling and strategic analysis, reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Insights.

The role requires strong leadership, data storytelling, and ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Insights within Marketing and CRM.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Clienteling and Full Price 'Bricks & Mortar' insights and strategic analysis for leadership.
• Lead recurring customer reporting for Full Price B&M and Clienteling, including dashboards and automation.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and partner teams.
• Prioritize and scope analysis requests for leadership and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop clear, visual presentations for senior leadership and partners.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Wholesale, Retail and CMI teams to broaden insights.
