Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an analytics specialist to join the EMEA E-commerce analytics team, delivering insights, reporting, and advanced analytics to optimise the digital customer journey, customer services, and performance marketing.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, become an SME for Digital teams like Performance Marketing, and create automated reports and dashboards using Adobe, MicroStrategy, and BI tools to drive data-driven decisions and UX enhancements.

Qualifications

• A strong quantitative university degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, physics or engineering.

Responsabilités

• Develop a reporting suite that demonstrates ROI and profitability across campaigns, collections, customer journeys, digital product and merchandise perspectives.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using web analytics data and data visualization tools, aiming to automate reporting across the business.
• Translate data into actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead experimentation through A/B testing and MVT tests to inform UX improvements.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify best practices and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with external agencies supporting digital analytics and ensure data accuracy in tagging and data layers.
• Partner with developers and product teams to resolve tracking issues before release.
