Ralph Lauren is seeking a data-driven EMEA e-commerce analytics specialist to deliver insights and reporting that optimize the digital customer journey and performance marketing. You will partner with Digital Commerce teams and external agencies to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include developing a robust reporting suite, QA tagging, and translating analytics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering)
• Strong experience in retail analytics with ability to turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Experience using data visualization and BI tools
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Experience building scalable reporting and analytics
• Experience with relational databases and data mining tools
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, SQL, Databricks

Aufgaben

• Develop a reporting suite that demonstrates ROI and profitability across campaigns, journeys, and product lines using Adobe, MicroStrategy tools, and dashboards.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using web analytics data and visualization tools, aiming to automate reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead experimentation processes and UX improvements through A/B & MVT tests.
• Monitor market trends and provide updates on best practices.
• Act as the analytics power user for the EMEA e-commerce team and coordinate with external agencies.
• QA tagging and data layer validation across analytics tools, collaborating with developers and product teams.
• Create QA checklists and standardize validation processes.
• Support A/B test setup with QA before/after launch to ensure proper configuration.
