Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in numerate subjects and data analysis.
• Experience in Customer Insights within Marketing and CRM is preferred.
• Understanding of luxury/retail and customer goods sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clienteling and Full Price insights and deliver leadership-ready analyses.
• Lead recurring reporting for Full Price & Clienteling with dashboards and automation.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Wholesale, Retail, and data teams to deepen customer insights.
• Proactively develop analyses to support critical business strategies.
