Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting, a hybrid role based in the Leeds area. You will own the contracting technology roadmap and drive analytics, AI, and automation to improve tender management and pricing across the EMEA region.

Lead cross-functional teams with regulatory compliance in mind, translating complex business needs into scalable tech solutions and ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise commercial systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP, tender management) and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience operating in regulated healthcare/MedTech environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for EMEA contracting technology solutions.
• Translate business, legal, and commercial contracting requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to ensure end-to-end contract lifecycle solutions meet business needs.
• Lead Agile delivery by prioritizing work, participating in sprint planning and reviews, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
• Lead the application of AI, analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and user feedback, driving continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.
• Champion Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.
