Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr. Director, Business Technology BU Interface – International, based in Leeds or Singapore.

This role serves as the senior technology executive partnering with regional leadership across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and beyond to translate growth plans into technology-enabled outcomes. The position requires extensive IT leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive standardized, secure technology delivery across the international value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering).
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience with global cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and shape priorities and investments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology strategy and execution across international regions.
• Partner with enterprise Technology, CTO and CISO to ensure secure, standardized regional delivery.
• Lead demand management, portfolio health, and executive governance across regions.
• Enable digital capabilities across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and R&D.
• Balance local needs with enterprise standards and drive global scalability.
