Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Manager, EMEA Contracting to shape and deliver contracting technology capabilities across the region. Qualifications
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management or related IT roles.
- Experience with enterprise commercial systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP, tender management) and system integrations.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technology solutions in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap for EMEA contracting tech.
- Translate business and legal requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
- Partner with commercial, pricing, tender, legal, finance, and IT teams.
- Lead Agile delivery with sprint planning and high-quality releases.
- Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and scalable integrations.
- Manage dependencies across regional and global initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion Credo and leadership imperatives.
