Johnson & Johnson in the UK seeks a Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting, to lead contracting software initiatives across the region. You will own the product vision, backlog, and roadmap for enterprise contracting tools, aligning with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT teams.

This hybrid role requires 6–8 years in technology product management, experience with enterprise systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, or ERP), and strong leadership to drive Agile deliveries and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

6-8 years of progressive technology product management experience in enterprise settings.
Experience with enterprise contracting systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP) and data flows.
Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and drive agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for EMEA contracting technology solutions.
Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT to meet business needs.
Lead agile delivery, prioritise work, and ensure timely releases with quality.
Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize contracting platforms and pricing.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in contracting processes.
