Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading global healthcare organisation to recruit a Product Support Application Specialist. The role is field-based across South Wales, requiring an own vehicle and driving licence.

You will visit laboratories, provide hands-on product and application support, train staff, and troubleshoot diagnostic systems. The position is 12 months, inside IR35, paying £200–£230 per day PAYE or £265.27–£305.06 Umbrella.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle and UK driving licence
• Willing to travel across South Wales and mainland UK, with overnight stays
• Strong customer service and communication skills

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Application Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading global healthcare organisation.

This is a customer-facing, field-based position, supporting laboratories across South Wales with diagnostic systems, training, troubleshooting and technical support. Full training and induction will be provided.

The Requirements:

• Must be based in South Wales


• Biomedical Scientist or laboratory experience required


• Own vehicle and UK driving licence required


• Experience within diagnostics or pathology laboratories advantageous


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Comfortable in a customer-facing role


• Must be happy to travel throughout the region and across mainland UK


• Flexibility for overnight stays when required
