Job summary

Tencent seeks a seasoned Growth and Commercialization leader to drive overseas performance advertising across the EMEA region, owning advertiser growth and publisher monetization to accelerate revenue and scale across markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to develop scalable commercialization solutions, manage cross‑functional initiatives, and align with HQ in China. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with flexibility for time-zone travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance advertising, ad tech, commercialization, client solutions, business strategy, or growth operations.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required to collaborate with HQ in China.
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional commercialization strategy across EMEA to unlock new growth opportunities.
• Drive advertiser acquisition and publisher monetization while optimizing revenue growth and platform scale.
