Job summary

Tencent's Business Unit Corporate Development Group (CDG) seeks an experienced overseas sales professional to spearhead performance advertising client acquisition across Europe. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and build a robust client pipeline.

The role requires 5+ years in overseas performance advertising sales, with familiarity in Games, E-commerce, or Brand Export sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in overseas performance advertising sales.
• Experience in Games, E-commerce, or Brand Export a plus.
• Proficient in English; local languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & prospecting to identify potential advertisers across Europe.
• Engage clients, uncover business objectives and advertise Tencent AMS overseas solutions.
• Lead sales pitches, negotiate terms, and oversee cycle to contract signing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate client requirements into delivery.
• Maintain and report on pipeline status, forecasts, and key metrics in the CRM.
• Build relationships with other internal units to support international expansion.
