Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC) is seeking a Control Manager - Vice President in International Private Bank Client Operations to help deliver a seamless end-to-end client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Experience in financial services, process improvement and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and monitor risk and control framework across the business.
• Advise senior leaders on major risk and control initiatives.
• Support process mapping, risk identification, control design, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with risk standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end issue and action plan activities with root-cause analysis.
• Identify metrics to assess health of risk and control environment.
• Develop enhanced control reporting and present findings to stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on risk and control activities.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global partners on priorities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
