Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a hands-on Production & Implementation professional to lead end-to-end operational delivery of Original Content across EMEA, focusing on the Netherlands/Germany and other markets. You will own production, supplier coordination, regulatory controls and launch readiness, translating product inputs into controlled delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, manufacturing, print production, operations, product implementation, or programme/project management is essential.
• Strong understanding of physical product production, including artwork, materials, specifications, production data, quality control, supplier inputs, delivery timelines and launch readiness.
• Experience coordinating with printers, manufacturers, fulfilment partners or production suppliers and managing supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production management of physical Original Content products across assigned EMEA markets.
• Translate product inputs into practical production plans, artwork requirements, data needs and launch activities.
• Coordinate manufacturing, print production, testing, quality control and delivery timelines for launches and changes.
• Manage day-to-day activity with printers, suppliers and processors, tracking risks and escalations.
• Support digital product activity when required and ensure alignment with the wider delivery plan.
• Maintain production, project and milestone tracking for reporting and forecasting.
