Job summary

OpenTable, a Booking Holdings company, seeks a Benefits Analyst to own day-to-day administration of health, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs across EMEA. You will drive renewals, open enrollment, and plan design with brokers and carriers while ensuring compliance and accurate system configurations.

You will analyze utilization and cost trends, partner with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex data in executive-ready formats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive EMEA benefits experience.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA benefits compliance and governance protocols.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS and benefits configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for annual renewals, open enrollment, and plan design updates with brokers and carriers.
• Analyze benefit utilization, cost trends, and benchmarking data for program enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance for all benefit plans including notices.
• Support leave of absence policy definitions and administration across EMEA.
• Partner with vendors and maintain accurate records on benefits platforms.
• Handle high-tier benefits inquiries and educate teams on plan administration and changes.
• Track and administer vendor invoices with Accounts Payable for timely payments.
