Fisher Investments Europe seeks a Benefits Analyst to lead EMEA benefits delivery and programmes. The role provides analytical support, ensures compliance and cost-effectiveness, and partners across the organisation to enhance the employee experience.

You will design and administer benefits, conduct market research, and guide renewals and vendor relationships while supporting HR initiatives and change management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Hands-on, collaborative and solution-focused working style.
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong knowledge of benefits across EMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Supports design, development, implementation and administration of all EMEA benefits programmes.
• Conducts benefits data analysis and leads annual renewals, spend, utilisation and market position reports.
• Researches new benefits for existing and start-up countries and prepares stakeholder recommendations.
• Evaluates current programmes and leads improvements to maximise ROI and user experience.
• Provides technical support for benefits programmes, including data pulls and Workday setup.
• Acts as benefits expert and point of contact for employees and managers to resolve complex questions.
