Job summary

Disguise is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business across the EMEA region from our London base. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying opportunities and partnering with global sales teams to advance deals from discovery to handoff.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in prospecting, a knack for outreach across calls, emails and social selling, and a passion for entertainment technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a prospecting capacity (cold calls, emails, social outreach).
• Experience qualifying leads and handling objections.
• Ability to build relationships with potential customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Meet lead generation and pipeline targets weekly, monthly and annually.
• Track KPIs and report on activity, conversations, opportunities and pipeline creation.
• Develop prospecting strategies across calls, emails and social selling.
• Qualify new leads from campaigns/events based on predefined criteria.
• Manage inbound lead follow-ups and convert prospects into opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales managers on outbound pipeline generation.
• Gain a clear understanding of client needs and desired outcomes.
• Communicate value propositions and coordinate product demonstrations.
