Anthropic in London is seeking a Manager of the EMEA Digital Natives Applied AI Architecture team to drive adoption of frontier AI across Europe’s tech companies. You will lead a distributed team, set pre-sales standards, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to integrate Claude into core products and platforms.

You'll mentor architects, own technical pre-sales in the region, guide ROI demos, and help navigate GDPR, the EU AI Act, and data residency while building strong executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
• 7+ years in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre‑sales role.
• 3+ years leading pre‑sales or GTM teams across multiple EMEA markets.
• Experience selling to digital‑native SaaS, fintechs, or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and LLM use cases.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor a distributed team of Applied AI Architects across EMEA.
• Set goals and conduct performance reviews to drive growth.
• Lead high‑value EMEA customer engagements on AI adoption strategy.
• Own the technical side of pre‑sales, delivering demos and ROI validation.
• Navigate GDPR, EU AI Act, and data residency for customers.
