Job summary

Zendesk seeks a Senior Director to lead Professional Services across EMEA. You will own the regional services business and guide a team responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering high-value customer engagements.

You will evolve our services model toward AI-enabled, outcome-driven engagements. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and global Professional Services leaders to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery and measurable value

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SaaS or tech, with leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience running Professional Services or delivery orgs.
• Proven track record selling and delivering large enterprise engagements.
• Experience owning a services P&L and managing revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Professional Services business, strategy, performance and growth.
• Mentor managers and senior ICs, plan for organizational growth and capacity.
• Define success measures and value milestones; build AI-enabled services models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align delivery with outcomes.
