Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Sales, AI and Experience Orchestration to lead a specialist overlay team across EMEA. You will coach AI and Experience Orchestration Directors, align with Account Executives, and drive AI-led outcomes for customers.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Enablement and Services to evolve AI go-to-market and support complex enterprise opportunities with executive engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including AI-related solutions in the customer experience domain.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading specialist overlay or pre-sales teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI & Experience Orchestration Directors working with Account Executives.
• Define operating models for AI specialists and drive sales cycles in accounts.
• Translate customer challenges into AI-driven use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Enablement, CS, and PS to feed customer insights back into GTM strategy.
• Support complex enterprise opportunities with senior customer stakeholders.
