Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Sales, AI and Experience Orchestration, to lead a specialist overlay team driving AI-powered customer experience solutions across the EMEA region.

You will coach and scale a high-performing team working with core Account Executives to accelerate deals, translate business challenges into AI use cases, and influence territory strategies with executive presence and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise software sales, including AI-related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop AI and Experience Orchestration Directors as specialist overlay sellers.
• Establish operating models for AI specialists to work with Account Executives on accounts and opportunities.
• Drive AI-focused sales motions to support pipeline and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with subregional sales leadership to align coverage and engagement models.
• Translate customer challenges into AI-driven use cases and outcomes.
• Model executive presence and consultative selling techniques in engagements.
• Support complex enterprise opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor AI market trends and evolve enablement and messaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to feed customer insights back into Genesys.
