Qualifications

• Aerospace sales or business development background with OEM exposure.
• Experience working with aero-engine manufacturers and major customers.
• Senior commercial level with responsibility for large accounts and programmes.
• Ability to navigate complex aerospace organisations and executives.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and winning major contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales agenda for major aero-engine customers in EMEA.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across customer organisations.
• Guide opportunities from identification through proposal, negotiation and award.
• Coordinate across product, engineering and commercial teams for joined-up solutions.
• Monitor investment plans, competition, and market developments to identify growth.
• Manage and develop the sales and account management team, forecast and budgets.
