Search Chain Partners is expanding its embedded talent capability in London, embedding into an international AI business. We seek a Talent Partner who understands technical hiring and wants to work closely with the client team. You will map, headhunt and build relationships with exceptional technical talent across AI, software engineering, data and related disciplines.

The role emphasizes ownership, rapid delivery, and deep market insight to shape a high-growth tech organisation.

Formación

• Experience in technical recruitment and mapping of hard-to-reach talent.
• Ability to partner with senior engineering leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, Platform or CTO hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical searches from brief through to close.
• Build and engage specialist talent pipelines.
• Map technical talent across UK and international markets.
• Partner closely with engineering and senior leadership teams.
• Get underneath the technical requirement — not just match keywords.
• Bring market insight and competitor intelligence into hiring decisions.
• Operate at pace without compromising on quality.
