Job summary

Manza is seeking an Email Marketing Executive to lead planning and execution of email campaigns for multiple clients. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and use CRM platforms to optimise campaigns and integrate email strategies within broader marketing efforts.

The role requires 2–3 years in email marketing, proficiency with Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot/SFMC, strong analytics, and a detail-oriented approach. Hybrid work with Bradford HQ and flexible timings offered.

Qualifications

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop segmentation, automation, and personalisation strategies to boost performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters to align campaigns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyse key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to measure success and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, templates, and send times to optimise campaign performance.
• Maintain best practices for list management, deliverability, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and PECR.
• Support the integration of email marketing within broader client campaigns, contributing to multi-channel strategies where required.
