Manza is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to lead social-first campaigns and standout content across channels. The role is hybrid with full-time employment, reporting to the Head of Brand, and offers room to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will deliver social content, assist with briefs, event planning, and integrated campaigns while developing client servicing skills and collaborating with the creative team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or social media.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and what drives performance.
• Excellent written skills with tone, detail and audience engagement.
• Confident communicator with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and creative with new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies tailored to client goals.
• Create and manage engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Manage social content and contribute to briefs and campaigns.
• Plan and schedule content using social media tools.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and copywriters.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations.
• Assist in wider campaigns across email, paid media and content.
• Attend client meetings and report progress.
