Our Digital Team is recruiting for a Email and CRM Executive. This role is responsible for managing the customer database and all email communications, developing campaigns to increase the number of active customers, driving retention of existing shoppers and increasing customer spend.

The role covers campaign execution, building, briefing & reporting whilst overseeing automations/triggers and journeys and supporting in the delivery of the overall CRM Strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the customer database and reporting on acquisition, retention and reactivation volumes.
• Developing and executing the email marketing plan, including a testing plan.
• Managing and implementing all marketing automation programmes, developing triggered email campaigns in all active markets.
• Driving the database growth and increasing spend per customer.
• Building effective customer journeys that drive marketing and commercial success.
• Preparing & building HTML based emails using a variety of tools including Emarsys and email marketing software, and create customer segments to send the relevant campaigns to.
• Optimising deliverability and reporting on email performance.

The right candidate will need 1-2 years experience in an email role, with solid understanding of email technology platforms, web analytics, customer databases and segmentation opportunities. Excellent attention to detail is essential, as will as being analytical and comfortable manipulating large amounts of data.

Emarsys experience would really be preferable but not mandatory.
