Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking Elite security officers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour on colleagues and customers.

You must hold a current SIA licence and be prepared for a full 5-year checkable history. The role involves a mix of customer service and crime-prevention duties, including wearing Body Worn CCTV and supporting community safety partnerships.

Must hold a current SIA licence.
Full 5-year checkable employment/education history is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver industry leading customer service.
Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
Manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this.
Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
Support the public and visitors with queries with friendly and polite service.
Assist the Police and crime partnerships to help reduce crime in store.
Wear Body Worn CCTV to support crime reduction and safety.
