Jockey Club Experiences invites you to join as Hospitality & Event Coordinator, shaping premium hospitality for some of the UK’s most iconic racecourses, including Cheltenham. You’ll coordinate race day hospitality, liaise with clients and agents, and manage high-standard event documentation and ticketing.

Formación

• Previous experience in events and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexible, proactive and motivated approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing demands, including working additional hours and weekends during peak event periods.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating and delivering race day hospitality alongside our experienced team.
• Managing hospitality administration, from table plans to dietary requirements, ensuring seamless coordination between catering and operations teams.
• Creating client documentation and event materials.
• Liaising with clients and agents to ensure every detail is planned and delivered to the highest standard.
• Distributing ticketing and event information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinating bookings and arrangements with external suppliers.
• Supporting the wider Hospitality and Sales teams across a variety of projects and events.
• Having the opportunity to support events at other racecourses across the portfolio.
