The Jockey Club Experiences at Aintree Racecourse is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day and race day hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service to clients and customers. You will manage a team, control costs, and maintain high standards of quality and safety across all hospitality offerings.

With a focus on commercial performance, you will partner with the General Manager to forecast demand, maximise opportunities and deliver Legendary Experiences at our events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced hospitality or catering environments.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and forecast.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the hospitality team for day-to-day and race day operations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and high standards of hygiene and service.
• Drive revenue opportunities and control costs to meet targets.
