Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a Prestige Vehicle Technician for a premier independent workshop on the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border. You will service, diagnose, and maintain top-tier vehicles daily in a state-of-the-art facility built by automotive enthusiasts.

With 5+ years of hands-on experience and NVQ/IMI Level 3, you will work on Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and other luxury marques using brand diagnostics while keeping precise records and a right-first-time ethos.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Essential).
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with prestige/German marques (VAG, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche).
• Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
• Expert diagnostic skills and confidence with dealer-level software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-standard routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and Vehicle Health Checks on sports cars and luxury marques.
• Execute complex mechanical overhauls including timing chains, engine builds, transmissions, suspension setups, and performance braking systems.
• Carry out advanced electrical diagnostics using brand diagnostic tools and software.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections and pre-MOT checks to premium standards.
• Maintain detailed electronic job records and ensure right-first-time quality.
