Intown Golf Club seeks a Golf Services Associate to be the face of the ultimate member experience. You will deliver first-class hospitality, support clubhouse operations, and assist with golf shop duties, locker rooms, and facility cleanliness in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum premium hospitality or golf-related guest service experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• First-Class Hospitality: manage bag drop and assist members with clubs, guiding them to simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, or fitness facilities.
• Clubhouse Operations: maintain pristine presentation of the putting green and common areas, assisting staff with quick upkeep.
• Club Support: assist with golf shop duties, manage member locker rooms, ensure elite cleanliness and service.
• Team Alignment: collaborate across departments to uphold values and ensure a world-class guest visit.
