Job summary

The Club Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to join our premium golf and country club team. You will deliver outstanding service to Club Members and guests, setting up tables and event spaces, and ensuring memorable dining experiences.

Reporting to the F&B Manager/Supervisor, you will greet guests, serve food and drinks promptly, upsell offerings, and help maintain a polished front-of-house environment across opening hours, including evenings and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
• Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and event spaces, greet and serve guests.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, maintain bar areas, upsell offerings.
• Clear and clean tables, ensure money handling procedures are followed, assist in Barista duties.
