Job summary
Blockchain.com is seeking a results-driven Head of Institutional Marketing to lead marketing for the Blockchain Institutional vertical from our London office. You will shape GTM, campaigns, content, and events to accelerate growth alongside Institutional sales.
You will drive CRM-based nurturing, coordination across teams, and represent the function in executive discussions, with equity and a strong compensation package in a rapidly expanding crypto company.
Qualifications
- Able to inform and execute GTM campaigns for institutional crypto clients.
- Proven track record in scaling marketing for complex B2B/enterprise segments.
- Experience building and leading marketing teams or functions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM for Blockchain Institutional with regional/global reach.
- Lead generation campaigns in collaboration with Institutional sales.
- Oversee thought leadership content and ensure it informs client decisions.
- Manage nurture campaigns and optimize CRM-driven pipelines.
- Lead global event marketing and coordinate materials/logistics.
- Partner with CMO to drive marketing strategy and cross-functional alignment.
