Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking a Test Technician to join a busy production team in Witney, where accuracy and quality drive every task. You will test PCBs, support fault finding, and produce clear reports detailing outcomes and actions taken. You will collate data, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in internal audits to help improve product reliability.

Contract is permanent full-time with an immediate start. Salary is £29,500 plus overtime, pension, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a technical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electronics with a troubleshooting mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
• Clear communication and teamwork within a production setting.
• Good organisational habits to manage workload and deadlines.
• Experience with internal auditing (beneficial).
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting (preferred).
