Job summary

Manpower UK in Witney is seeking a permanent Test Technician to join a busy production team at an LED lighting manufacturer. You will test PCBs, assist fault finding, and ensure repairs are completed correctly while producing clear reports and meeting deadlines.

Based in Witney, this permanent Test Technician role supports a busy production team at an LED lighting manufacturer serving aerospace, maritime and contract markets. The successful candidate tests PCBs as part of quality checks, assesses repairs, supports fault finding and ensures issues are resolved correctly. Producing clear written reports, collating findings and meeting deadlines form a key part of the work, alongside internal auditing to uphold standards. Applicants should bring a methodical approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their own workload. The position offers a salary of up to £29,500 per annum, working on-site within a manufacturing setting where accuracy and quality matter. What you''ll be doing:

• Testing PCBs as part of production quality checks

• Previous experience within a technical manufacturing environment
• A strong understanding of electronics, with a confident troubleshooting mindset

Additional information:

• Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm
• Permanent full-time position with an immediate start possible
• Salary £29,500 plus overtime, company pension and free on-site parking
