Job summary

Proactive Global in Witney is seeking a full-time Test Technician to join a busy production team at a lighting manufacturer serving aerospace, maritime and contract markets. You will test PCBs, diagnose faults and generate clear technical reports.

The role demands experience in a technical manufacturing setting, good electronics knowledge, and strong attention to detail. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00–17:00 and Friday 8:00–16:00 with pay starting at £13.67 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical manufacturing
• a good understanding of electronics and electrical troubleshooting
• strong attention to detail, communication and report-writing skills
• the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
• an A-Level or equivalent qualification

• Testing PCBs and carrying out electrical fault-finding
