Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a full-time Test Technician in Witney to join a busy production team. The role focuses on testing PCBs, fault-finding, and generating technical reports in a lighting manufacturer serving aerospace, maritime, and contract markets.

You will work in a technical manufacturing environment, applying electronics knowledge and attention to detail to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks. The position is on-site with standard factory hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of electronics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• A-Level or equivalent qualification.
