Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking an Electronics Area Manager based in Norwich. You will drive targeted sales with existing and new customers, representing and growing our product range across the territory.

You will report to the District Sales Manager and manage customer relationships from design concept through production, aligning with company growth objectives. Travel nationally and some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales success in relevant product/service/engineering or OEM.
• Strong intellect, analytical aptitude and desire to develop professionally.
• Experience articulating a design-led sales approach with design/procurement/engineering teams.
• Understand project management from design concept through life cycle (6 months–2 years).
• Must have strong negotiation skills, high energy, and drive to perform.
• Willingness to travel nationally with some international travel.
• Must hold a full UK driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profit within territory by increasing active projects across multiple customers.
• Engage with customers in person and remotely within territory.
• Manage projects from design concept through production and lifecycle.
• Conduct regular territory reviews for support and growth.
• Provide personalized account management to be their electronics supplier of choice.
• Develop market strategies by researching high potential prospects.
• Own territory to grow customer numbers and spend in line with company growth.
