Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Security Service Engineer to conduct maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems, diagnosing faults quickly to maintain optimum operation.

You will perform reactive and planned preventive maintenance visits, provide client guidance on system use, and ensure all safety records are up to date while collaborating with service admin and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience maintaining and repairing security systems such as CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
Experience with enterprise level systems (LenelS2, Gallagher, C-Cure etc.).
Experience with IP-based security systems, networks and security software applications.
Relevant industry training is favourable.
Relevant industry qualifications are favourable.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Perform reactive service visits to meet contracted SLAs.
Perform planned preventive maintenance visits in line with SLAs.
Provide support and advice to clients regarding their security systems.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
Work with service administration and engineering teams to deliver exceptional service.
Be available for standby on a call-out rota.
Mentor the service engineering team as the business grows.
