Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. You will perform regular maintenance, reactive service visits, and planned preventive maintenance in line with SLAs, while providing expert client guidance.

You will also ensure compliance with health and safety standards, produce detailed service reports, and collaborate with service administration and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.
• Experience with LenelS2, Gallagher, and C-Cure enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of IP-based security networks and related software.
• Relevant training or qualifications such as 18th edition/NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct reactive service visits to meet contracted SLAs.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance visits in line with contracts.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding their security systems and solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and maintain detailed reports.
• Collaborate with service administration and engineering teams to deliver excellent service.
• Be available for standby on a call-out rota within the team.
• Mentor and develop the service engineering team as the business grows.
