Job summary

D.P.P. Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electrician Maintenance engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. You will carry out reactive maintenance, remedial repairs, EICR testing, and fire alarm and emergency light testing.

You will need at least 2 years field experience, 18th edition, and an NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2391 equivalent, plus a current UK driving licence. A company van and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in field electrical maintenance.
• Full apprenticeship to NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2391 equivalent is preferred.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and remedial repairs.
• Perform EICR testing and ensure electrical safety compliance.
• Conduct fire alarm and emergency light testing and maintenance.
• Perform PAT testing where required.

The role:

• Mobile Field Electrician
• Reactive Maintenance.
• Remedial repairs.
• Carrying out EICR testing.
• Completing fire alarm and emergency light tests including maintenance.
• PAT testing.

You will need:

• Have at least 2 years' experience working in the field.
• Ideally have completed a full apprenticeship to NVQ level 3, Testing & Inspecting qualification equivalent to City and Guilds, 2391 an advantage.
• Have an electrical 18th edition qualification.
• Current UK driving license.
