Job summary

TXM Recruit are recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Electrician for a leading facilities company operating across Surrey and parts of Central London. Typical schedule is 45 hours a week with 1 in 4 Saturdays, and door-to-door travel pay. On-call duties are 1 in 4 weeks.

Salary is £45,447 per year with overtime after 45 hours and a company van with fuel card. Benefits include 25 days plus bank holidays, a 4% bonus (targeted), pension with matched contributions, life assurance, and access to training

• 18th edition requirement.
• Level 3 Electrical Installations requirement.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance with focus on plumbing and electrics.
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Complete tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing and fabric work.

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours & 1 in 4 Saturday's
• Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – (Friday - Friday for emergencies only)
• Salary - £45,447/Yr.
• Location – Surrey and parts of Central London
• Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours hit. (1.5x)

The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs. There will also be some mechanically minded work included AHUs and other repairs on systems like this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across your designated sites with a focus on plumbing and electrics
• Complete tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems
