Job summary

Ltek Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrician / Fixed Wire Tester to join a team servicing commercial properties across sectors like retail, hospitality, hospitals, and government facilities. The role includes performing EICRs, Emergency Lighting testing, and LED upgrades, with a base salary up to £38k and a company car.

The ideal candidate will have a UK driving license, relevant City & Guilds/NVQ qualifications, and flexibility to work 40 hours per week including evenings and travel as

Qualifications

• Full UK manual Driving License is required.
• Experience carrying out electrical inspections and testing (EICR) and related reporting.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspecting & testing on electrical installations including EICRs, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Mains Analysis and Thermal Imaging.
• Complete reports and certification using cloud-based certification software.
• Ensure all reports and certifications are completed and submitted on time.
• Carry out LED lighting replacements in line with project schedules.

Job description

Electrician / Fixed Wire Tester - 39k base salary + company car

Our client is expanding our work force and looking for experienced electricians with the ability to carry out all the customers compliance requirements within commercial properties, these can range from retail and hospitality to sports stadiums, Hospitals, Educational facilities, and government institutions and LED project work.

The role of Electrician will involve:

• Carrying out Inspecting & Testing on customer's electrical installations (EICR's) including Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis, Thermal Imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.
• Completing all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection & testing our cloud-based certification software.
• Ensuring all reports and certification are completed and summited on time.
• Carrying out LED lighting replacements both in hours & out of hours and in line with the project schedule.

The ideal candidate for an Electrician will have:
