Job summary

SkyBlue Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrician to install and maintain power distribution systems, site transformers, generators and welfare unit supplies at Sizewell, Leiston, East Suffolk. The role requires safe completion of electrical installations in line with BS 7671 and industry standards.

You will work on busy sites with emphasis on compliance, reliability and safety. Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification and relevant cards (ECS Gold, IPAF/PASMA) are required, with

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification (2391 City & Guilds) and 18th Edition Regs.
• ECS Gold card required.
• IPAF and PASMA certified.
• HSE CITB Test completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain power distribution systems, transformers, generators and welfare unit supplies on site.
• Ensure electrical installations are completed safely and in line with BS 7671 and project specs.
• Work in busy environments while complying with health and safety legislation.

Electrician - Craft Worker

Location: Sizewell, Leiston, East Suffolk

Duration: 12 Months+

Hours: 07:00 - 19:00, 11.5 hours per day

Pay rate: £24.14 PAYE

Sizewell is looking for experienced Electrician to install and maintain power distribution systems, site transformers, generators, welfare unit supplies and others in busy work environment.

The role ensures all electrical installations are completed safely and in compliance with BS 7671, project specifications, relevant industry standards (including BS 7909 where applicable), and current health and safety legislation, delivering safe, reliable and compliant electrical systems throughout all phases of the project.

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualificaion (2391 City & Guilds - Level 3) - 18th Edition Regs
• ECS Gold card
• IPAF and PASMA
• HSE CITB Test
• Previous experience working in similar environment
• Selected candidats will undergo specific vetting for SizewellLodge available for suitable candidates.
