The role involves electrical repairs across various properties, including rewires and installation of emergency lighting and alarm systems, with testing and reporting as required. A 24-hour emergency rota is part of the job and digital work orders must be completed within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• 18th Edition and 2391 qualifications.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant electrical qualification.
• CSCS Card held.
