Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a qualified Electrician to work across a range of sectors including social housing, private properties, commercial sites, and office/school fit-outs. You will be responsible for installation work, reactive maintenance, and EICRs, ensuring all jobs are delivered safely and in line with regulations.

The role offers a permanent position with a salary of £45,000 plus overtime and weekend work.

• Level 3 Electrical Installation (minimum)
• 2391 Testing & Inspection
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Proven experience across social housing, commercial and private sector work

Job Title: Electrician

Location: South West / West London

Salary: £45,000 (with overtime and weekend work available)

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to work across a range of sectors including social housing, private properties, commercial sites, and office/school fit-outs.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out installation work, reactive maintenance, and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). You will also be expected to complete remedial works and ensure all jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations.
