Building Careers UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team. The role covers social housing properties in the South West, with a company van and fuel card provided, and an immediate start available.

Operatives will carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installations in occupied and void properties, with fault finding and high workmanship standards expected. Driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent; 18th Edition preferred).
• Experience in social housing is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the South West covering Swindon and Bridgwater area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work with the support of a company vehicle and fuel card provided.

The Role:

• Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Fault finding and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
• Working independently across various properties in the Midlands.
• Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with tenants.

Requirements:
