Job summary

PSR Solutions is recruiting a permanent Electrician for Stratford-upon-Avon and the wider West Midlands area. The role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, with on-call rota roughly every 5–6 weeks and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Electrician will perform repairs and maintenance in social housing properties, ensuring high safety and quality standards while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• No recent driving bans.
• Ability to successfully complete a Basic DBS check.
• Previous experience within social housing, maintenance or similar environment advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to the required standards.
• Complete relevant documentation and maintain accurate records of works carried out.

Electrician (Permanent)

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, covering the West Midlands patch

Salary: £37,440 per annum + 5% annual bonus + on-call payments

Our client, a well-established contractor working in partnership with a leading social housing provider, is looking to appoint 3 Electricians to join their team covering Stratford-upon-Avon and the wider West Midlands area.

The Role

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical works across social housing properties within your designated patch. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while providing an excellent service to residents.

The position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with participation in an on-call rota approximately 1 week in every 5-6 weeks.

What's on Offer?

• £37,440 basic salary.
• 5% annual bonus, paid in March on a pro-rata basis.
• £100 payment for each week you are on call.
