Job summary

AllPro Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a team delivering planned and responsive maintenance across social housing properties in the Midlands, including Wolverhampton, Cannock, Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent and Walsall. This long-term ongoing role offers £1000 per week (Self-Employed/CIS) with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm pattern.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and 2391 qualifications and hold a full UK driving licence with own van and

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation work within occupied and void social housing properties
• Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues
• Replacing sockets, switches, lighting, consumer units and other electrical components
• Installing and upgrading electrical circuits where required
• Carrying out testing and inspection work in line with current regulations
• Completing minor electrical works associated with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and health & safety requirements
• Completing job sheets and relevant certification accurately
• Delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service to tenants

AllPro Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable contractor for an experienced Electrician to join a team delivering planned and responsive maintenance works across social housing properties throughout the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for consistent, long-term work on established contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation work within occupied and void social housing properties
• Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own van and tools are essential
