Job summary

Saffron Housing Trust Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Electrical team. You will perform installation, maintenance and remedial electrical works across our properties, in both occupied and unoccupied homes, while ensuring safety and high-quality service.

The role requires UK electrical qualifications, an ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition BS7671:2018, a full driving licence and capacity to participate in an out-of-hours rota. A Basic DBS check is required.

Electrician

Location: Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: £40,509.90

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our Electrical team, carrying out installation, maintenance, improvement and remedial works across Saffron Housing Trust properties.

You will work in both occupied and unoccupied homes, using your technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills to complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role also includes responsibility for van stock, tools, materials and completing jobs via a mobile device.

Applicants will need relevant UK electrical qualifications, evidence of an ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition BS7671:2018, experience of domestic electrical work, a full valid driving licence and the ability to take part in an out of hours call-out rota. This role is subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check.
