Job summary

Saffron Housing is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Electrical team to carry out installation, maintenance and remedial works across Trust properties in Norwich and surrounding areas. You will work in both occupied and unoccupied homes, using your technical knowledge and strong customer service to complete work safely and to a high standard.

The role also includes responsibility for van stock, tools and materials and completing jobs via a mobile device.

Qualifications

UK electrical qualifications required.
Evidence of an ECS Gold Card.
18th Edition BS7671:2018.
Experience in domestic electrical work.
Full valid driving licence.
Willingness to take part in an out of hours call-out rota.
Role subject to a Basic Disclosure check.

Responsibilities

Carry out installation, maintenance, improvement and remedial works.
Work across Saffron Housing Trust properties in both occupied and unoccupied homes.
Manage van stock, tools, materials and complete jobs via a mobile device.
